Four brothers from Montenegro are beyond thrilled to introduce their newest restaurant to the Cheshire, CT dining scene. This is not their first rodeo, though - it’s their 10th to be exact. However, it is their first Steakhouse out of New York City. Perhaps, just what this quaint New England town was missing! This quartet of brothers has been in the restaurant and butcher business in the U.S. for over 30 years and stem from 3 generations of chefs, butchers, and restaurateurs. At Butcher Bros., all of their dry-aging is done on-site in an aging box located right within the walls of their restaurant - soon to be on display for all guests to see. This ensures each cut of meat is dried to perfection. They’ll settle for nothing less than the best!
